i am staying with a friend in NY, he's actually my ex-husband. we are very very close friends, odd as it may sound. we've been divorced for like...six plus years..and he's remarried. anywho- he lives in LA, but is working in NY for several months, and when i saw the show was there i asked him if i could come up and stay over which he was very happy to hear...but he does not know of the lh's...but he is coming. and he is the world's HUGEST skeptic...he is actually the KING of snarkiness. Could even be the Snark G-d. He is NOT going to be on board with me acting like a loon, and altho he knows I am very into LH's...and Marty, he really has no idea what he's in for. ahhhh...well my bf is the same & he actually really liked them. comPLETELY different styles of music (his & theirs) but it worked out good. & he's a lurker here sometimes so I knew he'd be SOMEwhat prepared... |

The Asylum will be so quiet during HJ!! what will I do? you will have to hang out with katy, and turn her on to her first cellcert. That'll be the best part of the day. I'll be sitting in the bleachers crying then yelling at someone and then I get the call and I go nuts. |

i dont know if i will be able to do a girls' dinner, he won't want to share me, and he is already annoyed that i am only coming for just a night. so i am not saying to totally count me out for dinner, but i doubt it. he has to share me for the rest of the evening however!!!!!!! I have a problem too..........I will be alone and would really like to meet up with some peeps before so I don't feel totally alone.... if not i might have to stalk the back foors of the canal room or something I might really get my self into trouble..........I don't think I will be alone but don't really have any plans wtih anyone everyone seems to be doing there own thing...........what up girls i will tell you this...i certainly want to go early, because i want to get a good spot. at prl rm we were off to the side and i didnt see enough marty and the show for my first time...so....we can meet and wait/or go in together and hang together inside. i just dont know if i can do dinner. |

my husband said i would get lost and that i would not be able to find parking.........he said train was better ???I don't know what to do i think you should do what makes you feel most comfortable/secure cause it sounds like you have a lot of anxiety about it. what do you think? i won't let you be alone once you arrive...we'll meet at a designated time and place if no one gets together for dinner- i was petrified coming to chi alone and going to prl rm alone.. |
