Are you talking about pixels? What I do is go to Microsoft Photo Editor, Image, Resize, change to Pixels and put 100. Are either of these good to do it?

Edited to delete pictures 'cause sizing them down was too much trouble and I'm lazy!

Speaking of size I refreshed some of GE's photos and got a HUGE close up of the front of Marty's, ahem, pants Which my co workers saw and wanted to know what the heck I was doing and how did I break thru the firewall

Mel, I think what Fly meant was you need to change the sizing when in the profile section here. Right under where you put the av url will be two boxes - one for height and one for width. If the pic is more vertical (like the ones you posted above - cute, by the way!) then you are going to want to change the width. Maybe start at 80 width, 100 height, and then play around with it until it looks right. Hope this helps.
