Mel, I think what Fly meant was you need to change the sizing when in the profile section here. Right under where you put the av url will be two boxes - one for height and one for width. If the pic is more vertical (like the ones you posted above - cute, by the way!) then you are going to want to change the width. Maybe start at 80 width, 100 height, and then play around with it until it looks right. Hope this helps.
