I booked us a flight on JetBlue, leaving at 7AM (ealier than before ), and we're coming home a bit earlier...noon instead of 3...but I'll bend there...and I saved $260!!!

Then I call Delta back, and they wouldn't give me the refund they promised me at first. So after freaking out and being put on hold multiple times because I would not take no for an answer, the agent finally transferred me to the dept who knew what they were talking about. I got a complete refund.
