Good morning! RF, I hope you didn't have any of that flooding that I saw on the Weather Channel last night! Hey Shy - no, we didn't get the flooding here but 1/3 of my backyard is in a floodplain (we have a creek) and it does flood from time to time. I always hold my breath when remnants of Hurricanes, Tropical storms, etc. move thru here. |

Half my backyard has flooded with 3 or 4 feet high of water After Floyd (which flooded most of our county), we were forced to get flood insurance when we refinanced, even though the area where our house is located is not in the flood plain. |
