Hey CJ, made it home okay? Did you have a good time? I had a great time! Julie and I had a lost weekend though--it got to be funny--let's see--we lost a roommate who had a family emergency and couldn't come at the last minute. I lost my glasses in our first hotel room by the airport and we had to spend a half hour tearing the room apart. Julie lost her cell phone at the metro, (and we had to go back to the Metro at 2:30a in the morning on Sunday night/MOnday morning to get it from someone in the cleaning crew who only spoke Polish!) I lost my boarding pass at O'Hare and Julie lost one of her credit cards. Honestly it was like Ethel and Lucy does Chicago. I've never laughed so hard. The Hammerjam dinner was so much fun! The concert beyond my expectations--what was not to like! |
