Isa and Nancy are going to overdose in the TVA. Tai chi is a form of kung fu. Many American tai chi schools don't teach it that way, but mine does. Every movement has a martial arts application (breaking elbows, crushing windpipes, that sort of thing). You have to visualize all this while doing the form. The sword forms are even worse. I have nicknamed one of the "The Highlander". Can you guess the visualization on that one?
