That's the thing though they weren't just passing co workers...all three were women I see everyday, have lunch with sometimes, talk too...I see tears I freeze up. You want someone to call 911 and remain calm or remember all the dr's instructions and keep meds straight I'm you're girl...if you need emotional comfort forget it...I suck.

Well, polar, hopefully those women know that about you and understand that that is just how you are. As long as you aren't like that with one person and totally different with another, I'm sure they will understand.

There has to be someone around like you to balance the other ones that are the opposite.

Polar,
Don't be so hard on yourself.
Once one of my co-workers passed out in my office. Her husband was in a meeting in the office next to mine. I calmlywalked in there and said "I'm sorry to interupt, but your wife has just passed out"
They teased me forever about not showing any emotion.
What good does panicking do anyway...

Have you thought of becoming a Dr or nurse? ;D ;D ;D Hi Chi! I haven't water skied in years. (That doesn't look like it is spelled right but spell check says that is right. LOL) Do you water ski in Michigan? That is were I did when younger. How's the weather in Chicago today? Oh, and Polar, I wouldn't be too hard on yourself. I think you did the right thing. And I am one of those that loves a hug with my hang nail.
