Take pills.....That always worked well for me.... I have this new relaxation tape that a friend sent me, and it really works....You could look into some of those....  Or just stare at this long enough, and you'd be sure to fall asleep.....Did I say that?.......... |

Thanks for the advice.....I just wonder how my good friend is...it is after all her with the ghost in the house....I just jumped at every little noise last night thinking there's a ghost here!

I never believed in ghosts..........Up until I started working at the Mental Institution here in the town I live in, is a very very old institution, actually the second one in the United States to be built......I got so used to the sounds and odd movements, no big deal......
