Claritan Ready tabs and Flonase does the trick for me. Never drowsy and sinuses feel pretty good. I had sinus surgury three years ago 'cause I had a bad deviated septum and the surgeon re-routed my sinuses. I had the worst sinus migraines and infections all the time. I'm great now. A nasal wash also is great to wash out Allergens.  |

Heh heh Needy...yes I can clarify. Bird flu? Been talking to NLT, have you? ;D My son got that stupid fever and headache thing last week. Then my daughter got this horrible cough which turned into the fever and headache thing while we were away last weekend. Before we went away, I started feeling like crap...I thought it may have been really bad allergy symptoms, but I also had body aches and stuff like that. The kids are better and of course I'mm still here sick as a dog. Its not the flu, but not allergies either. I think I just caught another stupid virus from the kidlets which has probably turned into ear and sinus infections by now. I have such ear pain sometimes when I blow my nose...I'm just having a blast.  So no bird flu yet. Sorry to disappoint anyone. ;D |

Oh Sam, so sorry to hear about that. I was worried that your allergies went haywire from mold or something. I hope you feel better. Musinex works so great to clear sinus congestion.

Ugh...I cannot even breathe. I had to cancel my dentist appt last Thursday because I cannot breathe at all through my nose. They told me it was ok, because they all wear masks. I don't care if they get sick or not...I can't breathe. Some people... ;D
I've caught myself weezing on and off again too...that happened last time when I was really sick, too.
