I don't know if that's popular in Texas. Maybe just in the Southeast ;D. and it's not crap, it's soooooo good.  it was the racoon stew that was freakin me out My hubby spent some time in a remote part of Maryland and they had recipes in the local paper for Possum Pie which is ground hog. Yick! |
