Well folks, the semester tests weren't pretty. Eleven failed the fall semester...but when you say 11 out of 129...then it doesn't sound so bad. That doesn't sound bad at all. Less than 10 percent. What do you teach? I am just ready for the day to be over. I have to leave right at 5:00 today to make it to my hair appt. |

What do you teach? I am just ready for the day to be over. I have to leave right at 5:00 today to make it to my hair appt. I teach 7th grade English and English II (sophomore English) classes. Sadly, more of the failing grades were amongst the seventh graders. The other two were 11th graders who were repeating sophomore English...so they'll have me again next year (this is my first year in this district). I know what you mean about being ready for the day to be over. We only went until noon the past two days - but it seemed like noon just didn't want to roll around. |
