Bye Nancy and U! Are you trying to give the LH a hint with your av BG? Btw, I have a question for you BG. Is Jupiter FL in the middle of nowhere as my husband claims it is?

Well, I thought a map couldn't hurt. Jupiter is close to West Palm. I don't think I've ever been there before. It looks small and cozy. www.jupiterflorida.com/

hola everyone...rockfan don't kill me. I was slammed before I had both feet across the threshhold at work.
ok here's the info on my mom: she is doing very very well, better than her surgeon had hoped. They removed about 1/2 a golf ball sized mass from the left rear of her brain- the pathologist said it was a recurrent tumor - meaning cancer again, however the surgeon looked at it & said the cells were not dividing. So there was not a clear diagnosis of straight necrosis (dead tissue from her gamma knife surgery last year) but he decided not to implant the chemo wafers in her brain (Ki I think this would have been similar to what Karlie had implanted) - due to other possible side effects like infection, etc. He is very confident he got everything - he said the cavity in her brain will just slowly get filled up, we will watch her closely & he is definitely happy with the outcome. My mom's a definite trooper - she was talking & moving well, she is in ICU still at Hoag Hospital. She will be moved to a regular recovery room hopefully later today. So her motor skills seem intact (they were being heavily affected by the mass, to the point where she can't drive anymore) & she will need minimal physical therapy. The pain killers were wearing off so her head is obviously starting to hurt, but they are keeping most of it under control. Her color is good, her speech is good...she is still having trouble remembering the day & month but nothing is getting worse so there is not a need for alarm. So, today is a much much better day for me.
Thanks everyone for your collective prayers & positive energy...
I'm sorry to just jump in here since it's been so long & then jump out again, but I know I will be able to spend more time in here very shortly. I have a bunch more pics to post, too, of the ARF show, I will put them in the thread since I've maxed out the # of pics in the FANZ section.
Hope everyone is well... xoxo
