You sound like a fun date. Says the girl with the bird poop-stained shirt. *sniff*

Ready! Are you sure you really want to ask us though? I was thinking the same thing. Keep flashing back to the day I asked Fly about the guy I was going on a date with. Good thing I didn't take her advice. Love you Fly! Hmph, well, he sounded like a jerk at the time. I was being a sympathetic friend. YOU were saying some pretty mean things about him yourself, honey.

Off topic: How high do heels have to be to be considered 'sexy'? My hubby says they can be 2 inches...he thinks my 4-5 inche ones are my hooker shoes? I should by higher ones...lol I always thought stiletto heels were meant to look sexy while sitting or lying down (I think I have watched too many porn films). Personally, I have a fear of heights and could never even try on a pair of heels higher than 2 inches. A pair of flats can look sexy if the woman wearing them is sexy....

I was just asking if you thought I was getting blown off. He still laughs about the text I sent him that day.

Ok.. so I got this random request from a band. They also did the whole messaging thing which shows they are dedicated so I checked them out.
The one song I listened to was haunting and beautiful. I didn't listen to the whole thing, but I liked what I heard.
I messaged the guy back and told him I liked it and kind of gave him a review. He messaged me back and asked me to check out the other song. I did and it BORES THE HECK OUT OF ME. The vocalist has a great voice, but they don't have a driving rhythm. I relistened to the first song, and I still really like it but it dies at points too.
So, what should I do?
1. Be honest.. give them actual advice that could help 2. Be honest.. but only tell the positives 3. Ignore them completely.
Something tells me that number 2 is probably the best, but they do have some actual talent.

You should have seen me trying to learn how to walk in the damn things...lol...so not sexy...

#2 DG, but maybe give some indications of the negatives you found. Cushion the blow some.

Answer number 1...be honest and give them actual advice that could help. They asked for genuine advice, that is what you should give them.

I mean, if I knew the person well, I would tell them the truth, but obviously, you're not. But that's just what I would do. Unless they ask for advice on how to improve, I wouldn't give it.

I vote for number 2 because 1 song that bores you may please someone else...and especially if that 1 song turns out to be the ONLY 1 you find boring.

I'm kind of with the 2's on this one...then if you get to know him better...you might could revert to one and say, "I would have liked it even more if..."
