It's probably a good thing nothing was left to Dannilyn(or however you spell it). Depending on who the father is, the control of her money could be an issue. This situation will be going on for a long time........ She did name Howard her executor of the will/estate. |

I'm glad that her mom doesn't have power over it, I have to say that I am disappointed at the things her mother has said and done since her death. No matter what Anna may have done, as her mother, she has said and done some awful things. IMO. |

Usually the estate goes to the next survivor which would be her daugther but it has to go through probate and everything else before the courts make that decision. Children go first over parents.
