I started using mineral make-up that my friend swears by. Of course, she goes for the really expensive stuff (Bare Escentuals) at Sephora but I am too cheap for that. I am using the Loreal version of it. And I love it.

Thanks! I'm going to have to try it. I've been using Lancome and I'm not happy with it. I need to cover my age spots. How's everything going? Did you freeze on Monday at the game?

Actually, I think it will be the easiest cake yet. It's one you can't really frost completely, or else you will lose the detail on the cake. Here's a link:

I just started using the Bare Escentuals, too. But I buy it at Ulta, a bit cheaper. I'll have to check out the Loreal stuff.

Sounds great! I keep saying I'm going to start getting to concerts, but it just never happens. But hubby and I are going to try to get to the BOJ show next week (even though we have to catch a plane at 8 am the next morning! )

I still haven't gotten the complete hang of it - but yes, it's really easy and I don't really feel it when it's on - I usually hate foundation!

Yeah, it was cold. But I have to say, I have been to colder opening days at Wrigley. We were prepared - unlike all the 20-something girls who showed up in capri pants and sandals. And then it snowed.

But I love opening day. We get there early, so we can see all the ceremonies and the parachuters and everything. So much fun.

Did you go to Elm on Wednesday? Was it fun?

It's a lot easier for me when because I live in the City. The Metro is only about 8 or 9 blocks from my house.

8 am. YIKES! That means you will have to get up at what - 5:00 a.m. to get ready and get to the airport?

Yeah, that's why I'm still not sure about BOJ! The show doesn't start until 10pm.

Does anybody know if you have to buy tickets ahead of time for this show? I haven't seen them for sale anywhere.

I'm definitely going to a Cub game this year. I'VE NEVER BEEN TO A CUB GAME OR WRIGLEY FIELD. I'm glad you had fun........when it snowed I was thinking of you. Yes, I was at Elm. We had fun. Billy is doing good.
