Well, I was planning on being in MI for a week or so around that time anyways. I'm just taking a slight detour westerly. Heee.

Chay, you are going to love Chicago. Be sure to check about possible transfers to Chicago before you go b/c you will definitely be thinking of a move when you get back. When we were searching for hotels, they always show pictures on the websites of the city from the roof of the hotel or they have some aerial picture taken for the site....the city looks gorgeous! It really does and I am really excited to get to see some of it even if it is a short visit.

You can soak up a lot in a short time, but at the same time, i feel like I could go back again and again, there's so much to see and do.

before LH, I had never been on a plane - well I lie, I have but I was 5 and I remember nothing about it except one peek out the window when we were landing, so that doesn't count. I had never been anywhere that I couldn't drive to. So, I'm just glad that I expanded my horizons, so to speak.

Good for you! That is true for a lot of in in many different ways, Chay. This whole Lh phenomenon is so interesting, and so cool.

I seemed to have missed most of the conversation. I can't wait til they tour again. Love those small club shows. Bring it on, already!

klees... do you have any opinions about Great Wolf Lodge or the Kings Island Resort? One costs twice as much as the other.

I have never been to Great Wolf, and it's been ages since I've been to King's Island. KI has the rides plus the water park, which seems like a plus to me. When Great Wolf first opened, staff and visitors were getting sick. I think they are still investigating it. Hmmn, which one costs more?
