Hi RJ - I'm good, how are you. I'm in and out, trying to do some house work. I'm great! I'm heading to Montreal this weekend. My nephew is turning 3. He's such a cutie-pie. Also, I just found out that my offer was accepted on a townhouse condo in Kingston. So Friday the 13th is a good day for me! |

Also, I just found out that my offer was accepted on a townhouse condo in Kingston. So Friday the 13th is a good day for me! Have a great time in Montreal. I have never been there. Enjoy your nephew's birthday. They are cute when they are that age. Congratulations on your townhouse. I have only been to the fort in Kingston. But the area is lovely. |

I have only been to the fort in Kingston. But the area is lovely. Yeah, it'll be fun in Montreal. I haven't been since Christmas. You should go sometime. It's such a fantastic city. Gotta run. I have to go give my agent the deposit cheque for the condo. Now it's all about selling my condo in Gan. I do like Gan a lot, but this townhouse was a deal I couldn't pass up. Not to mention that it's just down the road from the Bathouse, the Tragically Hip's recording studio and sometimes hang out. I'm on a mission to meet Gord Downie. I'm getting really close - I'll be 5 kms away.  Ciao for now...  |
