Isa, fingereleven sings a song I love. i downloaded it. I think It's called "One Thing." hmm, not sure if I heard that one. you know me and songs, remember Live and you were right.  You'd probably recognize this one. That boyfriend that I mentioned - he was my first boyfriend - he broke up with me 3 times and asked me to take him back twice. I was such a wimp that I said yes. This all happened over the space of 2 years. The third time we went out was when I knew it was really over. We're were driving home in a friend's car and the song by 10CC - 'I'm not in Love' came on the radio. He looked at me and said... 'Listen carefully to the words'.  We're good friends today, so sometimes it takes a long time to have a happy ending!!   |

I've run out of wine, so I've improvised. I blended : 1 cup decaf English Breakfast tea (already chilled) 1 shot of Tequila 1/2 shot of Triple Sec 1 scoop of pomegranate sorbet ice Not too bad, if I do say so myself. I'm calling this drink 'The Summerfest'. Here's to all the Summerfest gals.  You are such a resourceful gal. Pomegranates or bust!!! Hey, those kamakazes had triple sec in them Isa...and vodka. really, I have those ingredients.  they were sooo good. Kamikaze In Japanese it means "divine wind". This wind will knock you on your ass! 1 1/2 oz. Vodka 1/4 oz. Triple Sec 1/4 oz. Roses Lime Juice Kamikaze's can be enjoyed four ways: Straight up or shot - use a mixing glass with ice. Mix ingredients well to chill. Strain into a cocktail or shot glass. On the rocks - build in a rocks glass with ice. |

Monaco Ingredients: * 1 splash Grenadine * 2/3 glass Beer * 1/3 glass 7-Up Mixing instructions: Start with the grenadine, then beer, then 7up. Stir well on the rocks, and you're good to go. Creator/contributor's comments: This drink comes from France. A lot of teens drink it over there, and it's actually quite refreshing. Try one out! |
