So true, but I guess I do things I know I can do. If I want to lose weight, I'll just do it. I don't think too much on things like that. I don't want it to be something I hate. Very mature. My resolution should be to get over being so crabby this year, it would do me and everyone around me some good. I have become such a curmudgeon!  Awwww...  I'm so stubborn, I even stubborn to myself and don't follow my own directions.  |

Fly, are you trying to kill me here?!?! #pant# HOT, no? Oh, and I totally agree with your take on losing weight, Fly. It's really about the mindset. My mind is set to eat whatever it wants for a bit. #giggle# Of course, my idea of splurging is eating way too many nuts. #giggle# Or dried peas. Oh, and today it was pita chips with hummus. I'm quite the binge-er, no? Maaaaaaaaybe...  I know I have another new one somewhere... Hmmmm...I haven't been binging on anything lately...I think I've even eaten less than usual.   |

Isa, hummus is a dip or spread made from chick peas, also known as garbanzo beans. It's yummy! Lots of Yum coming from my mouth tonight. Ironic thing is that a certain person near and dear to me was talking about the merits of the word 'yum.' |

Which department do you find the humus in? That last pic fly, he looks intense, I like INtense. his arm looks pretty sharp there.
