I love the ashtanga yoga. Hatha, I could do without. But it is good for core strengthening. I also have been doin a bit of pilates to hit certain spots. So surprised how much I enjoy it.  Has anyone done hot yoga? I haven't taken classes in about 3 years...used to do ashtanga too...loved it. Looking for classes in Cincy and the only place I've found so far near my house has the hot yoga classes...maybe that would fit in with marty calling 2008 the "year of hotness..." I'm afraid I'll dehydrate and pass out.  |

hi u....thanks for askin, i did and they were fabulous.......it was great to see the band play together and to see rachel/ chi, kim,iwo & her hubby. just had bit of an issue at ohare on sun, was stuck at airport for over 9hrs

Hey U, I saw Uggs at the mall the other day and I thought of you.
Remind me to stay away from the evil baye...I've bought like four pairs of Danskos in the past three weeks. I don't know what on earth I'm going to wear to HF...and I'm struggling to find the right shoes, outfit, etc. So compulsion purchasing is kicking in. What are you girls going to wear???
