Just wanted to know if the same thing was going on that happned last time when the home page would not come up. It is saying page cannot be displayed. sorry if i missed this message somewhere else. i am in North carolina. Thanks for helping!! Again i am sorry if i am repeating something.  |

I'm having the same problem too. I am also in North Carolina and had this kind of problem back in December. It appeared to be an AOL/Time Warner thing and it is driving me nuts. I have been trying to access the mc.org home page since sometime this afternoon (sorry I don't remember exactly when I started but around 5-6 pm EST I was STILL not getting the page. I just tried now and I still don't get it.
I don't get it! Why us?!

It's 7:52 am on Saturday, February 25, and I still can't access the martycasey.org page. Manuvering the message board is also still very s-l-o-w. I am not using dial-up, LOL I can't imagine how slow it would be if I were. Again, I can go to other websites, do my email, etc., etc., and I don't have this problem.
Let me know if there is something I can do from this end.

I'm on AOL and not yet having the problem. Try this: www.ccleaner.com/It's a nice little program that's FREE. It's called CCleaner, but I call it CrapCleaner. lol It deletes all the unnecessary crap off your computer, including cookies if you tell it to. Run the program and reboot your computer. See if that helps. |

Do any of you also have Microsoft Internet Explorer besides your AOL browser? Can you open it and see if you can get to the site using your MSIE browser instead?
If after rebooting your computer you still cannot get the site to come up, I would start NOW calling your ISP to inquire on what problem they are having. Explain the site is up, works fine (I just checked the site stats and plenty of folks have been getting to the site all through the night and this morning.)
AOL maybe needs to go refresh their network copy of the site. Somehow they do not have the site cached properly on their AOL network and it needs to be refreshed. Remember, AOL is a proxy service and you are only seeing what AOL has put on their servers to show you.
I do want to hear who else is having this problem... it always helps us to try to get to the bottom of what is really going on.

I also have AOL, but NO problems for me! Last time I had all kinds of issues, but Cindy somehow got us up and running again  If it matters I am in Virginia |

I don't know what the deal is. I don't have time to go around with my ISP this weekend. If I still can't connect Monday am I'll start calling. It's not a problem with the site, or with my computer, though.
*sigh* nothing can ever be easy, huh.

OK, guys, I'm up with the main site page now. I didn't do anything to my computer. Obviously it's some problem with my ISP. And it really is a PITA! :-D

I think you must be having problems with your ISP. I can see it in AOL fine today and I'm looking at it with AOL and IE.

Well this bites to hear that a couple of you can't get on the site. I want everyone to be able see the site whenever they want to.
How long has this been going on? Are you both aol users? What part of the country are you in? Is this still going on?

i am using Road Runner, in the US and in NOrth Carolina. I am in Charlotte. This started 3 days ago, again. it has been about a month since the last time i think, im not really sure about last time BTY...yes it sucks, but I know you and Amy are doing a FANTASTIC job, so don't stress!!
