Does anyone know if LH and INXS will be coming to Texas or any other southern states?

Dang, I hope they don't leave us out. If Charlotte, North Carolina is good enough for U2, then it should be for INXS/LH. Maybe they will come back after touring the World and play for us down south. We can only hope.

Rockfan- I totally agree! I truly hope that they don't leave out the southern fans! If Houston is good enough for U2, The Cure, Coldplay, pretty much everyone... then I hope they will come. I've been an INXS fan forever, and a Marty fan since the first airing of Rockstar!

I wouldn't be too worried....if you belong to the fan club then you may want to look at your emails closely.
The one I got clearly says "North America 1st leg" up in the left hand corner...
Maybe 2nd leg will be down south!

I was thinking that myself. Usually first leg is followed by second leg which should include us southerners. I can't bring myself to join the INXS fan club but would join the LH fan club in a heartbeat. Dang, even the Rolling Stones are here in a week or so to open up our new arena so we do have the place for Marty and the boys. ;D

Thanks for the clarification. My husband basically told me to chill out about it when I kept expressing distress over the fact that the closest they seemed to be coming to Texas was Kansas City, MO. He said they would announce more dates later that they don't all come out at once. I will be lining up to join the INXS fanclub to get presale tickets when I see Texas on the tour. My husband (the same sweet, wonderful man who is taking me to Chicago for the Twisted show) said that of course I can see the show when they come to Texas. We just have to be patient--how come i can't be patient when it comes to Marty?

Boy, your husband is a real sweetie. My hubby is too but would not drive me to Washington, DC which is 7 hours minimum from Charlotte. I will just keep waiting for the 2nd leg announcement. ;D

I'm extremely bummed that they probably won't play near Florida for a long time I don't want to wait till the middle of next year!!! My obsessions don't last THAT long!

Texas fans--don't you think the LH should play at the Pavilion in The Woodlands, outside of Houston? PERFECT PLACE--SURROUNDED BY TREES and away from the Houston traffic mess.

Totally agree, brightside. I would make the 41/2 drive to the Woodlands no problem. Plus it is beautiful there. We stayed there last summer at that golf resort and did some great shopping at the mall. You really don't feel like you are in a huge metropolitan area. What a perfect place to sing Trees. Wouldn't mind if they came a little closer to my neighborhood, though.

I plan on driving the 3 1/2 hours to DC to see the Lovehammers because I have this awful feeling they won't be hitting the Virginia Beach area. OOOOO maybe the second leg will be in the summer and we can have a Marty Party on the beach!

I just had the same thought. Didn't see Dallas Texas in the tour leg...possibly on second leg of the tour.....Really excited to see Lovehammers.....

I'm in Dallas also, but just thought that the atmosphere in the Woodlands is wonderful and would be perfect for the song Trees. That whole little area there is like a pocket of nature--my son recently moved there from Houston, and I like visiting them there. Isn't there a club in Dallas called Trees? I know it wouldn't be big enough for a concert, but it could be a meet and greet place for US--the fan club members.

Brightside- you are so right! The Woodlands would be perfect! Only one hour away from me... and oh so beautiful with all the TREES and the nice breeze! Padabahbahbah! I'm lovin' it!

I am sure they will eventually come down south, but I could not wait and was not going to take the chance that Marty would not still be touring with them, so I am going to Chicago!! Woo Hoo!!! Kelz4Marty and I have great seats. rockfan, I am in Charlotte too. If they come here, I am so there!

You lucky dawg. I got to thinking that there is a 50/50 chance that Marty & LH may not join INXS on their second leg of the tour. That would be devastating for us down here in the south . I can only wait patiently for news on the second leg. Have fun in Chicago and give us all the details of the show.
