Yep - the eyes will pull you IN to him. Then the teeth and smile will blind you. You ARE hypnotizzzzzzzzed.....Although I was ALSO pulled into him physically - I DO remember that.....long, warm welcoming arms. Arms wide open......

I have a Billy story for you...

Remember I said I was getting a root canal on Wed. and the place where I had it was just past the 15 freeway where the Lovehammers were going to be traveling to Pala?

Somehow Polarfan and I were talking to Billy and Polarfan brought up the OJ-Jodie "bus stalking" ;D from the day before and she asked Billy if he felt weird about that. He said no, not at all! They ended up at a truck stop just down the road when it all came down.

I then told him that when I was in the dentist's chair and realized they were on the fwy. 1/2 mile from where I was getting "drilled" and I thought of the band, taking my mind totally off the situation at hand. Billy said, "Did it help to think of us?" LOL - I said, (OMG) YOU BET IT DID!
Sweet, sweet guy....they all are.

Hey chk - Lovehammers' instead of novacaine works everytime - don't know if the dentist would let ya get away with it - but it put me in the right zone! ;D

shuckra - Yes - Marty was bright (big blue) eyed and bushy tailed - working the room like he does SO WELL! He was absolutely sweet, attentive and caring to all the fans - he's a treasure.

radioclash! I can't believe that Polarfan could connect with you cross country during the concert (OMG, it was SO loud & rockin' - it was perfect!) and I was just several rows over from her and we could not get a signal to check in with each other. You needed to be there with us....well, you almost were!

I know it's so unbelievable that she got through and I am more than thankful! I wish I was there - of course!
I didn't go to sleep until 2 hours after the call because I was still buzzing - lol, so I can only imagine the grin that will be on my face when I see them live!!

I was at Highland too and got to meet Marty. I missed his performance because we took the wrong exit and there were lots of traffic. I got to talk to Marty briefly. When I told him that I missed his show, he said "how come?" with a real dissappointed expression on his face....He was so cute, I couldn't come up with an answer. I started stuttering. OMG! On the way back home, I keep replaying the conversation in my head, and I could have answered him in so many different ways.........oh well.... I got to hug him and kiss him and held his hand even if I missed his performance. I got some pics of marty and me also on my phone! What a wonderful night!!!!
