Don't know what I did to deserve THAT. You're a teacher, aren't you? Teachers are so important and often undervalued (I work for a teachers' union, btw). The least you deserve is to have a photo of you and Marty gazing into one another's eyes. |

I can just see myself now with my Marty radar like the State Patrol ...watching and waiting for that tour bus to roll by and there is me.. in my pathetic ford windstar (with the outline of an ice cream cone my daughter scratched into the side with a rock 2 summers ago BTW) with my hubby and kids holdin on for dear life  as I race to catch up with them. Anyone want to ride share to Oregon Jan. 19th  Woo Hoo!!  I finally found someone else going to an Oregon show!!  I thought I was the only one on this site going!!! I still think I'm the only Oregonian!! haa haa. My sister and I are going to both shows and staying at the casino!! (better chance of catching Marty off-stage!!) And being a smaller venue, it should be a kick-ass meet and greet!!!   I can't wait!! Only 49 days to go!!! OMG!!!! |

:)Going to the Jan 21rst Concert at The Chinook Winds Casino in Lincoln City, Oregon Am going with my 32 yr old Daughter...she has a cool Digital Camera & so we are hoping for afew good Pictures And YES...it is exstremely COLD here at the Coast right now but then 36-44 degrees is COLD to us w/ the mist from the Ocean blowing in  Am sending for our Marty Casey.org Wristbands tomorrow & will try & even get T-shirts if possible :)I am just so Excited as has been 18 yrs since I have gone to a real Concert with my Daughter...except for The Pointer Sisters afew weeks ago. They sold ONLY 400-600 Tickets so had to give the rest away to fill the 1,300-1,500 seats. Was a great Concert tho... Yay!! Another Oregonian!! Where are your seats?? |

:)We're "Oregonians" Our Seats are in the Middle off to the right ( CRGT row 8 seats 7 & 8 ) I was so lucky to have found these Tickets and am on edge until I have them in my hands. I will be driving to Corvallis from Newport day after tomorrow ( Sunday...) :)to meet the gal there to get them. ONLY had to pay her Cost...We will have our Wristbands on & am sure will see quite afew people there. Also...hoping to get T-shirts too.   ( I live in Newport & my Daughter lives in Toledo...) |

As you know, I'm going to the St. Charles show, and am definitely interested in meeting others sometime that evening. Don't know my sister's work plans yet, so I don't know how early we can get there, but we have talked about spending the night somewhere close. We don't live super-far away--about 50-60 miles--but thought it would be fun. Do you know of someplace close to stay--I've been to the Family Arena, but it's been a few years--it's out there around all that expensive stuff, isn't it?? Anyway, my point is that I might not have much time to spend before the show, but would have more time afterward. I'll know more when she and I get into the planning phase of this. But I DEFINITELY want to meet! BTW, do you know if they allow cameras in the Family Arena?

Hi Linda, I'm pretty sure they don't allow cameras  !! I'll double check though. I'll check in to hotels too....I know there is a Fairfield Inn nearby, one way or another we'll try to hook up! |

Hey Suzy,
I checked online about the hotels.......the so called official hotels are Sheraton and Doubletree. Uh, I dont think so!! Around $149 a night. But there are others in that area, so Im sure something will be much less!! Got my wristbands!! I feel so silly, but Im excited!!

I am anxiously awaiting the concert at the Paramount Theatre in Seattle on January 19. I was extremely lucky to get 3rd row, center seats so I should have a great view of everything. Well at first I had refused to give INXS any of my money. But since then I have become so hooked on LH, I caved last night & bought 1 ticket to St Charles, MO on 2/1. I was shocked to see how cheap the tickets were. I have to drive 3 hours & will be going alone, but I don't care. The good thing about purchasing a single seat is I still got a floor seat.....woohoooo.
