Nice! Thanks for that, CJ! Too bad you didn't get to meet the guys, though. (although, thanks for not getting them sick before they head to LA, haha)

Thank you CJ for the nice review. I found another short review from someone at another message board. idolforums.com/index.php?showtopic=395888&st=20:quote: I got to see Inxs last night and had a blast! It was the second show of the tour here in the US. I thought Martys Band Lovehammers was much better than Inxs. I just have never really cared for JD that much, and he did some pretty wierd stuff on stage. But check this out.......Marty came out in the croud and jumped up on this rail right in front of us and sang about a foot from us.....then me and my wife got to meet Marty after the show!! I shook his hand and got an autograph from him and I also told him I thought the first song he performed was the best song of the night. He also gave my wife a hug!! It was great and we got some good pictures of him. He was very cool and hung around talking to a bunch of us. I also got some cool picture of marty playing and after the show. If you get a chance to see the show........GO!!!!!

Well, the crowds will only get wilder...the ones that have never seen the Lovehammers will soon have the CDs and be singing along.. they've probably just been stunned by the Marty magic and didn't want to miss anything Not long before the houses rock and all are up, totally manic, singing along!! Only a matter of time..and very short time.....not long before home territory!

AAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!! SheOwl reporting here. My husband had snuck in a binocular set with a built in digital camera, and after 65 pictures and getting home and attempting to plug in the ((%$^% thing to our computer.....
we find out that the rip-off-artist that sold us the camera did not provide us with the special usb cord that is needed to upload the pictures to our computer. I am calling the manufacturer on Monday to get the part asap, but until then, I have a handful of digital camera shots I took and will get those ready asap.
My husband and I just drove 5 hours to get to the concert just in the nick of time, slept 3 or so hours at the hotel, then drove 5 hours back home so we are so tired, both of us have to take a little nap then try to write it all down. I promise though that we will get our story up asap, and get the handful of pictures to Cindy and Amy then too. Sorry all, dont mean to be a crap head...(I hated to wait for these reports too) but cant help it.
I will say though, that the men of Lovehammers are the most kind hearted, genuine, giving, talented, sweet and good natured entertainers (and men in general I must add) that I have ever met, and I sincerely hope that everyone has the opportunity to simply spend a few minutes talking with them, because they seem just as happy to meet you as you are them.

Hey Sheowl, No problems, we will all wait patiently (not) for your report and pix. So glad you got to see the LH and, it sounds like, meet them, too. Now going to my zen place to practice patience!

Hi all, I went to the concert last night and it was a great time!! Mind you I haven't been to a rock concert in years ( the LHs made me do it). LHs opened with these incredibly heart thumping drums followed by a long Marty scary conductor and it really set the tone the guys were there to ROCK. I think the set was pretty much the same as what I've seen listed for the last two concerts. Marty did say this was the wildest crowd yet- it was packed before they even started. Really liked the LH version of Ring of Fire too- all the songs were rockin. However, I must say that I have listened to all the LHs songs on-line and during the INDIE band radio LHs fests so I knew the words. We were with two people who only knew Marty from the RSINXS show and had never heard any LH songs except Trees. They could not understand the lyrics at times- they said the band was overwhelming Marty at points. Of course I did not notice that at all because I knew all the lyrics. We stayed and watched INXS for about 40 minutes then left to go out to the lobby to see if the LHs were there- they ALL were and it was not too crowded- guess it pays to read these boards since I knew they had done this the last concert- THANKS for that all. We talked with Dino and Bobby who were, incredibly, standing all alone. Great, easy to talk to guys who also seem like they aren't quite believing all this yet I told Dino about all the cyber world attention they are getting- I put in a plug for this site and told him pics were up of their arrival in Canada, told him I knew about the dogfood/customs story- he was floored and started laughing. He said he is going to have to start checking the internet to see what he did that day. It seemed like we could have stood there for 30 minutes talking with them- super easy to talk to and interesting- I did not know Bobby was a chemist ( so am I) so I shook his hand again for being a rockin chemist, first I've met. Marty turned around and saw us and we got to talk with him a few minutes- again he was easy to talk to and seemed like a happy guy. I told him the only thing wrong with his show was it wasn't long enough- and that is true- I was not ready for it to end and could have listened to LHs for a lot longer- they leave you wanting more that's for sure. We went back in to see the last song of INXS and then when we came out there were the LHs again- they did 2 meet and greets and were swamped this time- get out there in the middle of INXS if you want to really have a chance to chat with them. Well this is getting long (but hopefully not boring) so I'll sign off now. But for all of you who are yet to see a LH concert you are in for a GREAT and MEMORABLE TIME.

Boring?About LH! NEVER! Glad the show was so great! We had a blast in Seattle! I wonder if they can keep up the meet and greets for the whole tour? If we hadn't caught them in the lobby during inxs, we would have pretty much missed out on the conversation. We did catch up at the tour bus, but it was raining and not a lot of shelter. Wish I could be there for tonights show!

Thanks, dmitri! Glad you were able to have a real conversation with some band members.
I really hope they're playing Ring of Fire at the end of the tour!
