I'll be at the Chicago show...and will be bringing my 6th grade son ONLY IF he makes honor roll. This has been his incentive all quarter, and report cards come out next Friday. The suspense is killing me, as it is going to be a close call. This would be his first concert, and would this be the BEST first concert, or WHAT?! Chicago Theater is fabulous, and Marty Casey and the Lovehammers--perfect.

He wore the tour T-shirt for years after that. It was such a memorable moment for both of us. It will give something for you two to remember and talk about for the rest of your lives. Great news Chicago fans DLH has got a ticket and is going to join us for the party. Whoo-hooo!  Let's just hope INXS lets the boys play a little longer at home -- and that none of us get trampled at Virgin! Ooh awesome!! I'm so glad you get to go!! Have lots of fun Denise ;D |

Hey Amy, do you know if two were sent out for me? My sister says she only got one. I'll double check that. I'd hate to have to wrestle her for it and embarrass her in front of other hammerheads! Hey chk, I have an extra wristband if you need it for Chicago. Just let me know. I can bring both with me.  Den Den, Thanks. I am actually giddy with anticiaption. Where's nancy/BBE? Surely she's joining us?  Hi! WOW--thanks for thinking of me! I would love to join you all! That blows my mind that the power of this band to bring people together has caused someone in Hong Kong to be thinking of me.  Let me know the plans. It is likely to be very crowded, because many of the fans, and even some of their family members and friends couldn't get tickets to the Chicago Theatre show. Have you seen what those are going for on eBay?  Wouldn't it be cool to see a line out the door for them? ;D There are people trying to plan a pre-show get together on the LH boards, too, so maybe we can all get together. |

My sweet hammerhubby got me a ticket to the Chicago show so I am now on board! I am still in shock...can't wait...lovehammers two weekends in a row because I will be at the viper on Friday. I am coming up by myself and making plans right now for hotels etc. Let me know if you all have some great places to stay etc.

I am a HUGE fan from Memphis, TN. As you all know, the tour is not coming anywhere close to my town. I did try to get tickets online for the Chicago show, but they were sold out. Do any of you know how I could get tickets to the Feb 4th show? I am dying to see the Lovehammers and really want to make the trip to the windy city. PLEASE HELP ME if you can.

TreeBee, Hurrah! -- glad to have you aboard! U definitely need to join us for pre-show party -- whcih may just end up being an extension of Vigin appearance. Memphisfan, you and everyone with the last name Casey are trying to get tix to this show -- it's not easy. If you google "inxs tickets chicago" you will see what's available and for what price (I have seen up to $800). Some cities have released tickets at time of show so that scalpers can't take advantage but I really don't think there are any extras for Chi-town. If u find something, let us know and come join the party! |

just back from LA and the Viper Room.... thinking i still need a Lovehammers FIX.... looking for a single tic for Fri..... if anyone knows of one.....please pm me... or better yet....call my cell.....815.566.0072 might not be in contact with the boards..... heading down to St Charles...... will anxiously keep my finger crossed sorry....keep thinking that the 4th is Fri..... i meant i need a tic for SAT.... whoops..... |

There is a parking deck attached to Marshall Fields....only a couple of blocks from the theatre. We parked there last time I went to the Chicago Theatre and it's not a bad walk.
