is this a family event? I have a 3 year old and I am wondering if this would be something that would be ok to take him to. Vicki ~ You may want to browse the "Beale St Music Fest Pictures" before deciding to take your little hammerhead. www.thebealestreetmusicfestival.com/bsmfpix/indexp.htmlIt looks a little Mardi - Gras to me! Up to you though, every mother has her own boundaries. Thanks for those links, Penny!

I am having my doubts but others have said they have taken thier children before so I feel like it may be okay to take him. I am still iffy about it though. We may change our minda about going all together since the boys keep teasing us about the upcoming tour. I will be content just going to a local concert... as long as this hammerfest thing still happens! Hubby said if he has to go see a show he would rather take me to Chicago than Memphis.

OK so I know to look for shuckra, hammerhubby, and butterflynclouds.
Vicki I hope you and your hammerhubby decide to go.
Now who else should I look for there?

We should all plan to be at the front of their stage as soon as the band before them ends - to get the good spots up front! I will have the pink banner for sure and I will probably make some corny LH t-shirts for me and Butterfly to wear to do some street teaming while we're there, and wristbands of course, so we will be easy to recognize!

Thats great Camille. I like Shuckra's idea about meeting at the front of the stage in between bands. I too will be wearing recognizable attire. You will know I am a Hammerhead right away. I am really looking forward to meeting all the Hammerheads too. Sharon

hey RB! how are you? LTNChat. How do you know about the cameras -- and how strict is that policy? Hello, I am fine, thanks Because I read the 12 rules of the festival. I have worked festivals before as a photo journalist with a photo pass for three different websites and also had pictures published in a couple of magazines, my best friend Chris is a professional photographer and I just asked him if he thinks there is a chance to get me a photo/press pass and possibly interview a LH....... I have 32 questions ready if we can set this up... wish us luck........

Danke, domo arigato, thanks my friend even has a proper mini tape recorder to interview with. I interviewed a band called Lamb of God backstage at Ozzfest a couple of years ago and had a blast doing it.
