I am glad the Lovehammers had great fans like you there to appreciate and enjoy their performance. I appreciate you taking the time to share details (you guys must be exhausted!!!) and cannot wait to see all your pictures!!!!! I agree with Rubi, we are all going to have some major LH withdrawals with the guys no longer performing on a regular basis.

Oh my gosh--they were GIVING AWAY FREE TICKETS BECAUSE THEY NEEDED FANS TO BE THERE???


They knew this on WEDNESDAY???

HOLY MOLEY--all they would have had to do was to POST THAT ON THE LOVEHAMMERS BOARD, and hundreds of us would have been there!!!

I would have dropped everything and gone to Vegas at a moment's notice for that show, had I know that!

It would have looked A LOT BETTER to any 'bigwigs' that were at this show if the whole FLOOR had been packed with hundreds of screaming Hammerheads, rather than just a few dozen down front. We could have and WOULD HAVE been there for the band.....if someone had just let us all know.

I am soooo sad.....


I went to LA for the Viper Room, Chicago for the trifecta, and NY for Avery Fisher and CBGB's. I sure could have gotten to this one, too.

It would have been so cool to hang with you folks that I met at the Rainbow again!

I want to make sure the rumor mill doesn't get started on something based on something I said in my previous post. The Hard Rock gave away the tickets because certain lovehamer fans convinced them that some fans should be there. They were great sales people --Persistent and got a small number of tickets. So it's not like the Hard rock decided that they should bring LH more people to the party and the word didn't get out.

The corporate types didn't give it much thought one way or the other--I'm sure--They just hired a band for their party to promote their product. It would have been cool for more LH fans to be there but it was the gum's party (it was to promote chewing gum of all things!) with a completely different agenda--we lucky few just managed to work the system and get in and change the vibe a bit.

It would have been cool to have more hammer fans there--but as I said--their party.

Sorry you and many others who would have wanted to go weren't able to. I do understand. I know how i'd feel if I were reading these posts and thinking Hey I would have gone.

I am glad you guys could be there for the band...how cool for you. How cool for them. They really are something special...you guys are right...they attract really good souls.

Wow, great stories cjspas and kimberly87. That was the private party of the century. So glad ya'll could make it to show the band the love and support they needed for the small crowd.
