Y'all, who was the great person who showed my husband and I the way to the signing at the DC concert? Red LH shirt, blonde shoulder length hair, seemed happy as a clam to be there?? She also gave my husband a few pens when he went for a beer during INXS and got really excited when he went to get my LH concert tee for me. My husband's said in jest "that must be Marty's sister, she's was lovin' on the Lovehammers so much"!! Just curious if she was part of the Street Team everyone's talking about? Was she wearing a head band? It sounds like Tara Jordan from the LH street team. She is great!

I met Tara i nDC and then again in Norfolk. She is a super sweetie and was happy as a clam to be there! Saw her give MC a kiss on the cheek - ballsy woman that she is!

Ted looks a little like Jimmy Fallon in the video clip. I got to speak with him at CT show. Very nice guy and took a pic with me too!

henry I about died when your pic with Marty came up....I swear at first glance I thought "wow, someone got a pic of me by Marty!"--then I remembered that I had blown my hair straighter for the concert...too funny! Same length and color and I was wearing a black shirt.
Did you happen to get any pics inside the concert?? I had my sister in law with me--had never heard of LH and wasn't really into INXS--we were in row A, right where Marty stopped when he came back along the chairs and my sister in law ran right over and took his hand while he sang (short blond/dark pink sweater)...needless to say...she is now a fan! Take care, Marie

Hi Everyone! Met so many wonderful Marty fans at the DC concert. I was there with my husband and 2 kids -also hammerheads! We were at the front of the meet and great line and kind of all lost our minds and forgot to get a pic of our kids with them. We did get a fantastic picture of nice lady in front of us talking to Marty with Dino looking on. She has longish blonde hair ,a black top, and a beaded gold shawl. My 7 year old blonde daughter, in a blue shirt, asked Marty to sign her shirt, I was so busy thinking oh my god we are meeting Marty and the lovehammers I totally forgot to take a pic of that for her! Does anyone have a shot of this? If you are the blonde lady in my pic- please reply and I will have my husband post your great picture!!!!!!! PS We ran into Dino in the lobby during INXS set and he was so incredibly nice. This couldn't be happening to a nicer bunch of guys!

We were at the DC show, as well. We met the nicest LH fans! They gave my daughters pens, buttons, glow sticks! Amazingly sweet ladies. They also let us go to the head of the line so we were the first to get autographs (and let us use their cellphone/camera to get pics of the girls!). My girls asked the guys to sign their shoes. My youngest had black converses and after signing it, Marty laid his foot up on the table to show her he had the same ones on!
In the lobby, my youngest and I ran into Dino. My youngest had wanted to meet him because she LOVES his name. He signed an autograph for her and then asked her if she'd like his necklace! He took it right off his neck and gave to her, making her promise not to lose it because it was his favorite!! My oldest met Marty in the lobby and got a hug!
We had a great time.....went hoarse from screaming the entire time the guys were playing. It was, without question, the best concert I've ever been to.
Keep rockin' guys! Hope to see you back at DC one day!

Take care, Marie When Marty was walkin on the chairs I just remember the blonde who came up and rubbed the back of his calf. I remember pointing at her and telling Cimee "Lucky Woman! I want to touch!" Where he stopped to sing, we were off to the right. So we look similar - two incredibly gorgeous women near him at one time - how could Marty stand it!

" Henry, I cut and pasted this to my sister in law to let her know she's famous!LOL! When he was coming back there, she kept pushing me telling me to go--stupid me, I was too nervous to do it, so, she scooted on over to him~ I saw him holding her hand for a few seconds and she told me she patted his leg--I missed that one though My son was a few rows back and I looked at him and he threw up his arms like "what are you waiting for?!?" A friend from my daughter's school got a pic with my sister in law in it, but, it's so fuzzy...I was most amazed at how many people were sitting down and not up on their feet throughout the show~

Madmaestro - no problem!!! I had fun watching him with your family. He is so amazing! marieinva - Don't keep kicking yourself! I probably would have done the same thing. I stood up and danced all through DC and Norfolk. I laugh now and think was Marty looking out there thinking "Who is that woman with no rhythm!" I don't care - I had a blast and I feel sorry for the slugs who just sat through it - they were all around us. How could you sit through it? I don't get it. Well, they had to watch Cimmee, Tisha and my butts dancing through the whole thing. A week ago today I was high on Marty from DC show and looking forward to Norfolk's show. . .sigh. I need a fix.

Hello, Henry! Nice to see a photo of you at the meet and greet. Am glad you got to see the boys in Norfolk and that you had a chance at a second up close and personal. Sounds as though you were a very clever girl! And you are so right about his hands ... He does bite his nails and those are some mighty large hands. Take care!

PS to Henry -- I know what you mean about "A week ago I was looking forward to ... " I felt this way all day yesterday and imagine there must be a name for this condition--Post-LH Letdown. I am hoping against hope LH come back to this area in the next couple of years and that they play a looser venue than the lovely but stuffy Warner. I'm glad the orchestra seats were animated but the mid-balcony where I was was pretty dead. Am glad I brought my opera glasses though. And don't they have just the best beginning to a show ever with the build-up that is Ultrasound and the appearance of the lads one by one? It's a heartstopper when Marty finally appears and you get to scream your head off. I think he could very well be both the 8th and 9th Wonders combined for sheer visual impact. Sigh ...
And a word about Billy -- From the all too brief interactions I had with the four of them, Billy had by far the sweetest demeanor and the best people skills. Perhaps not being considered the hottest of the hot, even though he's adorable, has taught him how to be seductive in other ways. Helps too to be an amazingly good guitarist.

Washington - In Norfolk Billy pointed out his wife to me. (after I hugged the others I told him I couldn't hug him because he was married.) He said it with such a cute smile - she's a cutie too. Looks like a cute couple. She sat there watching the meet and greet with a bit of humor and pride on her face. sniff, sniff. She's so proud of her man!

Hey, Henry ... Thanks for that insight -- Next time the boys come to town -- no more opening act action please! -- I'm definitely going to be on the lookout for you and tag along. You seem to know how to keep your wits about you and get in on the skinny. As Homer Simpson would say, "Ahhhh, skinny ....."
Skinny never looked so good!
And, yes, I would be proud of Mr. Billy too. I was amazed to hear him play acoustic on the Live/Raw DVD. I can well understand how the other three hooked up with him and decided not to let that boy go.
All this talk is pulling me out of my doldrums so thanks! (And too bad about those videos being yanked off the site, huh? They were amazing.)
