There ya go, the perfect example of what I'm talking about, dear dear friends. Yes I love NY! One of my favorite things is Lady Liberty, she is magnificant. Maybe something will work out for late afternoon Tuesday and dinner. Woo Hoo won't be long now...18 days and counting MWAH Sharon China town is just around the corner from the canal room so that is a sugestion to go chinese. it is less expensive than the other places and the food is excellent went there last sunday and ate at MR Tangs sevrvice and food was great they have alot of big talbles could fit about 8 at each table and Tues probably will not be crowded. other places to eat besides micky D's would Sbarros pizza or in Soho also around the corner from the canal room they have alot of stuff i am not sure what it is and are more pricey ,but I am up for what ever you guys want........!!!! If ya want to definatley pick a place like Mr Tangs I could call and make reservations

Does anyone need a ticket?
I purchased a Canal Room ticket in the hopes that I could make things work for a quick trip to NY but it's not going to work out for me to go. If anyone wants the ticket, I'm selling strickly for what I paid for it through ticketmaster $24.80. PM me if interested.

A friend pm'd me that there are also going to be a bunch of INXS fans at the show! They've been chatting about it over at the INXS board. Cool ... they love Marty, too ...

Hey Wendyc122, remember me? We met at Avery Fisher in February-desperately looking for a meet & greet. I haven't posted in ages but I lurk daily for whatever Lovehammer news/pics I can find. Anyway, I'll be at the Canal Room show (dragging my husband along). I'd love to say hi. You can't miss me-I'm 7 months pregnant with our second boy. I figure this is my last concert for a while so I'm trying to ignore how tired I'm going to be the next day & just suck it up & go. (Anything for Marty!) Unfortunately though, with my husband working that day & living upstate, not sure how early we'll be there so I'm not counting on getting up close to the stage. But even Lovehammers from the back of the room is still Lovehammers ! Hope to see you there.

Hey Rusalka, I remember that whole scene at Avery Fisher! It seems like a lifetime ago. I'm really glad you will be at the Canal Room! I'll be on the lookout for you. If you haven't seen the band since that show, you are in for a real treat ... be prepared to have your mind blown.

If anyone has extra tix, I am looking for two of them. I'm an idiot and put off buying them until tonight--and it's my birthday this week! Kicking myself...

YAY! HUGE thanks to Mac for bailing me out and selling me her extra tickets. I've learned my lesson about buying LH tix at the last minute! Can't wait for the show tonight.
