All I can say is Lovehammers ROCKED I knew watching Rockstar last year he was a great performer, but it's so memserizing to see first hand. I did get a chance to say Hi to Marty afterward, and he signed my ticket. I was too embarrassed to ask for a hug, and the girls were all over him. I ended up talking to Dino for a moment, where he rubbed my head and told me I was cute It was a great night, and I wish they would come back again soon ! I of course, forgot my camera If anyone can send me shots, I would appreciate it bern70@optonline.net

Now...my review of the show was that it was AWESOME!!! I mentioned in my "Newbies" thread that I have never seen OR heard of Marty Casey/Lovehammers beforehand so I wasn't sure what to expect, but was happy to have a nice night out with my gal-pals nonetheless! Bern pointed out Dino floating around the crowd before the show, 'Fixer' put on a pretty good performance, and Lovehammers ROCKED!!! Not having known ANY of their original songs; I felt slightly "out of place" along with the masses who were singing along word-for-word, but that didn't matter ~~ I LOVED them ALL, especially Marty's cover of 'Wish You Were Here'! After the show, we waited around upstairs for an encore that never happened (Ooops...missed the 11:15 LIRR train and the next one was 12:18), Dino was back upstairs kibitzing and taking pix with fans again, our friend Maria decided to leave (abruptly) to catch her 11:30 train, and then Bern and I eventually headed downstairs where Marty and Dino were signing autographs & taking pix with fans. I leaded us right over to Marty; determined for Bern to meet him and so we did! He signed both our tickets, and I asked him if/when the band would be performing on Long Island anytime soon and he said something to the effect of "No, but at least we made it to NYC"! I got my "Marty-hug" for sure! Now Dino...ahhhh Dino...the boy was really starting to grow on me! He was signing some girl's T-shirt ~~ while it was still ON her ~~ and just so happened to be cupping her boob and I said to him "Cop a free feel, why dontcha...Atta boy!" Of course, he laughed. I then touched his chin and told him he was ADORABLE (which he IS) and asked him if anyone ever told him he looked like Billy Joe Armstrong of 'Green Day' ~~ he replied "no" and then I said "Well...I think you DO!" (this was a compliment ~~ Billy Joe's cute, IMO). Of course, I got my "Dino-hug", we said our goodbyes and then headed out...I've been on Cloud Nine ever since! The next time we see them, we'll make sure to bring cameras ~~ and I'll make sure Bern GETS HER MARTY-HUG! OXO Lucy
