I got tickets too! I am so stoked! How big is the Annex and what do you wear? Pretty casual,I guess. I cannot wait till the 26th. Both the shows i've been to so far the dress has been pretty casual Here is some info about the Annex that was posted over at the LHboards... The Annex 1206 Regent St. The Annex, just south of the UW-Madison campus, has something of a reputation as a headbangers’ redoubt, an impression reinforced by the black-on-black decorating scheme. But don’t let the lack of frills fool you: The 400-capacity Annex is a first-rate nightclub with excellent sound and light systems. Midsize touring acts stop in regularly. “We try to do a little bit of everything,” says booking man Jamison Downing. “But we do tend to lean pretty heavily on rock, reggae, hip-hop.” Downing says that the club’s ratio of touring acts to local acts tends to vary with the seasons. “Fall is the biggest season for touring acts,” he says. “In the summer, I’m almost all local.” Listening tip: The best spot for listening is, Downing notes, “at the bottom of the stairs in the back of the room.”
