"Take Over Chicago" Dinner - Friday, Oct. 13th

8:00pm - 10:00pm

Where:
Gino's East - private party room - 3rd Floor
162 E. Superior Street

Dinner will consist of:
Combo appetizers
Family style salad
Garlic Breadsticks (hey, if we are all eating them, we won't have to worry about breath, right?)
Thin and deep-dish pizza with assorted toppings
Draft beer and house wine
Soft drinks, coffee, tea
Cookies

The total will be $43.50 per person. This includes all food, drink, tax, gratuity, and service fees.

Please paypal your payment to [e-mail] no later than Friday, September 22. Please be sure that you include your real AND screen name when you send your payment so I know who the money is coming from! If I don't receive your payment by the 22nd, I will take your name off the list and allow others to join us.

If you have a question about the dinner, please post it in this thread. Please do not PM me about the dinner.

Notes:
1. If your name is on the list and you have decided NOT to attend, please let me know right away. I would like to be able add everyone we can to the dinner.

2. The deadline to send the money in is Sept. 22, but I would prefer not to get all the money in at the last minute. Please send it in when you can, so I can make the deposit as early as possible.

3. Please do not forget to include your real name and screen name when you send the money. I have to know who to credit the money to!

4. I am trying to figure out what to do for people who do not use Paypal. I'll let you know - but if possible, please figure out a way to send the money in via paypal. This will make it much easier for me to keep track.
