what is raw bar? is it where they hung out before the show last time, I heard they were next door. That's where Amy and Cindy and a bunch of our friends had lunch & drinks before getting in line last time. It's like 2 doors down from Metro. It's also where we kept taking turns going back for tequila shots & potty breaks while standing in line in the cold. and actually, they went to the Full Shilling and we, instead chose to get in line...and end up in the front row. If you look here you will see that Southwest goes everywhere.

Hey Amy - maybe we could do the Raw Bar again! YES!! Most definitely! ;D The Raw Bar is a great little restaurant & bar. It's exactly 2 doors down from the Metro. Between it and the Metro is the Full Shilling where we went for a pre-concert party in November.

I am so excited!! I am looking at airline tickets now. Told the husband he is going to have to watch the kids so I can go. Any ideas on hotels in the area?

Hotel recommendations? Where are folks staying?
Cindy & I got rooms at the Double Tree last year....but it seems they've raised prices since then. We may look for rooms elsewhere.

Everyone might want to book hotel rooms NOW. Apparently the Chicago Marathon and a large conference are also going on in Chicago that weekend, and rooms are filling up fast.

Does anyone know if it is better to fly into O'hare or to Miday?

Does anyone know if it is better to fly into O'hare or to Miday? I don't think it really makes a difference - fly into whichever you can get the best deal through. You can catch the train into the city from either one.
