Kamran - Thanks for that little fashion story. It made me chuckle. Love the album photos, too. It's nice to hear the story behind them, and I personally don't think they are too dark.

Thanks everyone for posting all of their great pix - Nancy your photos are always just gorgeous! Am on the fly again - but wanted to post a few more - forgive me if some have been posted before - they tend to be hit and miss here this last week since we got back from Chicago. More on Monday.... We're back to our campground that has had fire all around it (on the news today - Cabazon, Palm Springs, CA area - Esperanza fire - nasty - 4 firefighters killed. ) Treedom--thanks for sharing. How far is the fire from you? I'm sending good thoughts your way! So sad about the firefighters! CJ

Hey CJ and Rachael - thanks. We're still here in Riverside, the fire is only 5-10% contained and the roads are still closed to the campground, so we can't go back up yet. Our motorhome is still up there but so are our friends that were camped with us and they're without power.
They are using the campground as a basecamp for the fire crews, so the weekend may be a wash. And that's okay as long as there are no more casualties...loss of life or property included. It's a tragedy and arson is the cause. This hits close to home in several ways as my husband is a retired firefighter who has fought these kinds of fires here in So Cal - the repercussions are many. So sad.

Is it just me or do pic's of Marty like this one make you a little nervous The bones that are right above the pants are his pelvic bones, not hip bones!! I wonder if he has ever lost his pants during a show?

Just a quick note on my pics. About 2/3 of my HJ pics have disappeared into cyber space. So what I had left was stuff I had just started dinking with prior to my disaster and had saved in a different file. Hopefully someday my computer will cough up the them up but I'm not holding my breath. I've searched everywhere. It's so frustrating!!! Grrrrr.... Lisa

Lisa, that is so sad to hear! You take amazing pictures. If you think they were accidentally deleted, you might be able to find recovery software that can find and bring back deleted files. Good luck. Lyn

Wow, Lisa, that's too bad about your pics. Surely they will surface one day. We have such a love/hate relationship with our computers. Your pics are awesome though , nice work .

Lisa, that's a crying shame about the lost photos. The ones you posted are fantastic, though. The B&W close-up is especially beautiful. I think you are the best at capturing Marty's "essence" and a lot of your photos are like works of art.
