Cyberocn posted that they are still waiting for the Hyatt to send the contract to them to sign for the group rate. As soon as they recieve it they will announce the code.
However, they stated before that if you book your room now, you can still give it to the hotel later and recieve the discount.
Den, Jet and I are booked at the Hyatt already from 5/18 - 5/21.

if the Hyatt is not the hotel will everyone switch??? I am booked at Hyatt for 5/18 - 5/20

Hi Everyone,
Just to let you know that Roberta (taxegirl) had negotiated a group rate for the Hyatt in downtown Louisville. She is working on getting the contract squared away and we will be listing the discount code soon. If you have already booked a room at the Hyatt then it should be no problem to call them and give the group discount code and they will adjust the rate.
