Cyberocn (Kelly) and Taxegirl (Roberta) have been notified of the party.The contract has been signed and the information is set as follows: Friday, May 18th, 2007

NO COVER CHARGE AT THE DOOR
*Hammeredham will be the event DJ and maybe a jam session!!!We are asking for donations to cover room cost. If you are able to give you can give at the door or pm if you want to help. The decision to not have a door charge is simple. We just want to meet all the other hammerheads, and we are aware that everyone has a budget to content with. we do not want you not to come and enjoy yourself, due to financial reasons. So, with a donation or not...COME!!! At this moment, half the room costs have already been reached through generous and kind donations. Any money raised beyond room rental cost will be given to Cyberocn & Taxegirl to help with the Hammercruise. Our goal is to exceed the room cost to help them! We are trying to get a head count, the reason for this is if we need a bigger room (the room charge will not go up at all for switching to a larger room). Please feel free to send me a pm, Starcrossed (Stephanie) or to Clean4me ( Dawn). Would love to be there, but hubby and I are driving down Sat. afternoon. We may not get there until 8:00 and will be running to check in and get ready. If we have enough time, we may stop by - but no guarantees.

I'm gonna ask....What's included for the 5 bucks entry fee? I'm poor, think I can sneak in?.... The $5.00 cover charge is to help pay for the cost of the room. Clean4me has been kind enough to reserve the room at the hotel and have a cash bar there for the event. This has been out of her pocket. The money is simply to pay for the cost. That is why ANY profit, will be given to Cyberocn or Taxegirl for the Cruise. That might help buy extra time, ect...Everyone benefits. I just got a pm that if enough donations are made before the event, then no cover will be charged. HH has agreed to be the DJ at the event...so that is a added bonus. |

The donations of items for the raffle are for the hammerhead meet n greet that Clean4Me (dawn) had put together for everyone to meet each other on friday. not for the cruise on saturday.

As it is I keep hoping I will not miss my flight, when I transfer at Fort Worth. How do those work? I have to still check in, and then find my next flight. Are they close or far apart in the airports normally?
