Music fans organized CrueFest - a music event to benefit charity. An event inspired by good-will and the uncensored energy that Motley Crue's music embodies. Since its inception in 2001, CrueFest has grown in audience attendance, musician participation, and dollars raised to benefit cancer research. CrueFest grows every year because of the dedication of organizers, sponsors, artists, and fans who plan, donate, and travel to make it happen.

Proceeds from this Seventh annual event go to the Skylar Neil Memorial Fund for Cancer Research. Skylar Neil is the daughter of Vince Neil (lead singer of Motley Crue) who's battle with cancer resulted in her death at age four. Event supporters share their money for a great cause at CrueFest, and artists donate their talent and time. We all share love for everyone one of us whose lives have been transformed by experiences with fatal illness, and the losses - and gains of perspective - that come with it.



Playing this year's event will be Motley Crue Tribute band Rock N' Roll Junkies, Sabrina Korva, Innocent Rosie, Jack Viper, Dirty Penny,Ekphrasis, Elegantly Wasted, Kelly Fairchild, Juice & The Erotics.

Special guests include Marty Casey & Dino Kourelis of The Lovehammers, Jennifer Dolls & The Glitter Kittens will also be performing.
More special guests and other surprises will be added as information becomes available.

Thanks Star!! Sounds like a great time!! I would go if I knew someone in LA to stay with, hotels are VERY expensive and I cannot stay in a hotel "solo"

But please take lots of pictures!!

Hey Scott! Maybe, you can find a less expensive place to stay. Sometimes the hotels in the more tourist inclined parts of the city are expensive. However, if you try a little outside those area's they can be less pricey. I would advise checking the internet sites for cheaper hotel rates. Hotels.com, Orbitz.com, Expedia.com, and Hotwire.com are excellent places to start looking. Priceline is great, but you should research what other consumers bids were before placing yours. I have been turned down more times than I like to admit on that site...damn budget!!!! LOL

Star, you may want to clarify to those fans who are thinking of traveling to see Marty, that *if* he attends, he is Not performing.
I once bumped-into Marty at a Chicago area Walmart store...they too should have posted a sign "Special Guest Marty Casey" ;D

Marty may or may not attend this event - it just depends on whether he is in LA at the time. He will not be playing at this event.
