I realized last night that the Valentine's Day Massacre at the now-closed CBGB's was one year ago yesterday. I've made so many friends through this band, but especially because of that show. Thanks to all of you!

Wendy, I'd been thinking about that for the last several days, especially because the blizzard here made me think of that big Nor'easter I got to experience in NYC just before the Avery Fisher shows and CBGB's. There was thunder and lightning occuring during a snowstorm! I'd only seen that once before in my life. I should have known that was the beginning of a few very memorable days in NYC! Were you standing near me at CBGB's? That really was an incredible show, and the rock history just oozed out of the walls at that place. Good times.....

Wow yeah what memories that was.........my second time at CBGB. I enjoyed going out to a bar after the show with a group of VERY wonderful and friendly HH's.
