I really wanted to rock out and enjoy the show so I took only a few shots. That's all I have. Sorry Nancy--Dino was on the opposite side of the stage for most of the concert. His head is one of the Marty shots but I didn't get any of him. (I knew you'd be thinking--where's Dino?)
Let me just say--the concert was amazing. They had so much stage to use and they really made good use of it. The lead singer of collective soul--said--that the LH's rocked and were fun! I think he really meant it--rather than the polite comment that bands sometimes make about their opening acts. (I know they rocked and were fun--but it's great when they get acknowledged by their peers!)
It's too hard to put into words the experience of the concert--it's a kaleidoscope of images and feelings in your body. But they never let us down--what a great way to ring in 2007!

OMG, this is so sad  ... I recently read the beautiful eulogy she wrote for her other sister... I'm so sorry for NancyBBE. As someone who also lost a sister unexpectedly, I can certainly relate to the pain (although I think we can all relate...regardless of having lost someone close or not). Our thoughts and prayers are with NancyBBE and her family. God bless. Thanks for letting us know. Wanted to relay a note - many folks on all boards showed some great kindness to NancyBBE recently when she lost a sister to breast cancer; sorry to report that when she got home from the NYE show this evening she had a phone call that another sister died quite suddenly and unexpectedly this morning. No details known at this point but will probably mean that photos from her will be delayed for a while. Sorry to be downer right after such a great show/weekend but I thought I should let you know in case you don't hear from her for a little while. It was nice to meet and talk to so many folks there at NYE !!!! HH |

HH, I'm so sorry to hear about Nancy's sister! I saw her at the show but didn't get a chance to say hello. My love goes out to her at this devastating news.
I'l be keeping her in my thoughts.

one last picture. I got one of the set lists to the show! I think they did everything on the list but not sure the order is the same as the show. It got a little crumpled when someone poured a drink on me! (Yes it was new years eve and it was an accident but I got a whole drink dumped on my head and arm!)  |

So sorry to hear about NancyBB's sister. I don't personally know her but would like to say my prayers are with her and her family.
Thanks so much to everyone for the new years eve pics. they are sooooo amazing. I am so glad to see them, I bet it was a blast! Everyone looks so nice all dressed up!
