I've got my tickets. Probably bringing a few friends.

When I bought my tickets, the guy at Ticketmaster (I went in person to Sunrise Records) said, "you know it's a party, not a concert, right"? ... because the named the tour: Rockstar Party. LOL! I told him, "I do think it is a concert, but if it is a party, so much the better!"

And I'm really happy the show is on a Saturday night..... no worries about work the next day like when I saw Dilana and Magni a couple of weeks ago.

No sleeping bag for me. If transit is running fine.. maybe 30 - 40 minutes to get home from Jeff Healey's.

The Toad's too far away for me (5 hour drive.. if I had a car)...... are the LH/Marty going to be there? So far, I've only seen Toronto & Kingston confirmed.... and I'd love to go to Kingston too, but that's mid week, a minimum of a 2 hour drive and no car (I checked into the train.. $100 due too late booking and would need a place to sleep... to expensive this close to Christmas). Hopefully there'll be some more dates in the Toronto vicinity.. not that I'm trying to be greedy, but......

Not that I know of.... There is a petition going on to have Marty & LH come to Thirstytoad in Ottawa. Fun site with MCLH fans doing a style of Street Teaming with a BIG urge to get the guys there.

There was even a **** Rumour*** of MCLH doing a double bill with Lukus/RSSuperNova Would'nt that be kick A**!!! Be like Xmas, New Year, Birthday all rolled up in one ;D ;D Hummmm maybe Magni or Rolling Stones as opener

Ottawa is probably close to a 15 hour drive from Chicago.... so I can't really see them going there as a "one off" show. I don't know if I'd like to see them with Supernova... but the House Band and/or The Panic Channel.. that I'd pay to see.

Oh, well. Counting down to Dec. 16 (and NYE in Chicago!)

I saw the Panic Channel in Chicago the end of May. They were amazing! (I'm in Chicago on business regularly)

You wouldn't believe how hard, Trees. I've actually had to force myself to go to 13 shows (including the one in Toronto). It has been very tough, but I figure someone has to do it! ;D

Update on the Canada Rock Star shows:

You may notice that the two Rock Star Party shows scheduled in Canada for December have been pulled from the site. There has been some scheduling conflicts and lineup confusion so currently the status of Marty attending these is 'pending cancellation'. We regret any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause.

Good news that I just received. This show in Toronto is back on. The bill has changed a bit though and is now Marty Casey and Tara Sloan from Rock Star: INXS and Josh Logan and Patrice Pike from Rock Star: Supernova.

So resume discussion and hope all you Toronto area fans can go!
