I am not in chicago so I do not get that station. They are also not streaming it to the internet. That part is temporarily down right now. Of all the days. I would just like to hear one of these interviews. Anyway thanks ahead of time for the transcript of the interview which normally gets put up on the board somewhere. ;D

I posted this announcement up in the Marty category...but this is probably where it should have gone. BAD ME! I messed up on the site's board.
Anyway the news is this... the interview will run sometime between 12 & 12:30 but I have been told I can get an mp3 of it for the site.....so we will have it later for all to hear.

Is there a way they could record these interviews and put the recording on here for us to hear? Maybe the radio stations don't let you do that. I am not sure. It would be so cool though.

WOOT! She's playing TREES now  Marty said: He's psyched to be on the Loop. Everything worked out perfectly...Lovehammers are DEFINITELY touring w/INXS...Dave Navarro might record on the new record, not tour. He cannot comprehend the fact that TREES is most downloaded song and it blows his mind. |

Okay, after TREES, she (Cara the DJ) asked him if he had any 'dirt' to tell us about what went on in the mansion: Marty said that he'd have a lot more juicy material to tell if all of the girls had be available and not married, engaged, etc Cara told him that she was at the party on Bourbon St w/his family. She said there were 1000's there and Marty said, "Thousands?! " She told him how cool his family is and he replied that his family is solid and that he's a reflection of his family. He misses Chicago "SO MUCH!" Tour w/INXS starts in Jan sometime after the New Year He thanks Chicago and his fans here (YAY!) Chicago is dedicated to him and he really appreciates it. Working on recording contract for LH I think that was most of it  |

BTW, Cara sent me this mp3, but to keep the size down she edited out "Trees" which is kinda sad...so we don't get to hear it in the clip.... but it was so cool of her to send the clip for us to post for the fans, that I can't complain at all.

Yes, thanks Cindy and Cara for allowing us to hear the MP3 - the interview was great! There's hardly any news about Marty or even RS INXS where I'm at so this website is literally all that I have (besides the RS MSN website). I miss reading Marty's blog. I think he writes well...

I was just listening to the interview with Marty again and they were talking about touring with INXS and I don't know if he mispoke but he said the tour would go for several weeks. Maybe he meant months. Weeks seems a bit short. Hmmmmmmm.
