Ginaing posted this on the LH boards, I thought I'd bring it over and share : ) This is interesting. On the Lovehammers Myspace page, a booking agent left a comment that LH were the featured artist of the month on their site. So I checked it out. The site is shoeshineboyproductions.com. His Myspace addy is www.myspace.com/shoeshineboy. Its an Illinois-based company. Nice to see the guys being featured on some industry-type sites. Just thought ya'll might be interested to see this. |

dear hammerheads why am i seeing articles on jd in magazines and not marty? picked up a copy of blender for march and jd was in it answering some questions. why are we not seeing marty@the lovehammers? when jd won rockstar they were on ellen like 2 weeks later and on dave letterman.why are our guys not getting some of the good life?does any one know what else we can do to get marty and the boys on top. love a hammerhead.

Hey chicks, It's not a JD thing - more like the entire band - INXS. INXS has been around for decades and has had to earn a lot of respect. Plus, the whole RS INXS show was about them and I'm sure that much more money has been invested in their venture. So Lovehammers have to start somewhere. The current CD is their first big label one and "Trees" is their first single with nationwide radio airplay. We really just have to be patient on some of the bigger things like tons of magazine covers or TV appearances. But things are moving forward! Street Teaming and just talking about the band and supporting them by buying their stuff is a good way to help out  Just keep getting their name out their and keep looking for ways to do so. |
