This is an updated article regarding the new legislation being considered. Does this affect you and Lovehammers? Do you self-promote or hire someone?
I think as usual the government does knee-jerk reactions to tragic circumstances (E2) and don't see the universal impact. My friends and I are going to contact local aldermen to express our concerns. I'm sure the music community and music lovers are going to give them something to think about before enacting the law. But it is a potentially scary reality when we leave things to people who don't participate in the things they legislate...
