Seriously, isnt this jumping the proverbial "gun"  .....what if you dont like the new band or his new music? Are you going to follow him anyways?? I dont get it.....you probably havent listened to LA Guns since 1991!? Just being honest........... |

The same could be said for Lovehammers. What if their next CD was not to your liking? You take the good with the bad and you wait patiently for your artist to fine tune and tweak their craft. I like Marty's voice and h is range and all the styles he did on Rockstar and I have faith that he will do his darndest to bring it! If it fails then it fails but he at least tried. I would hope that my friends would support me in the same way. But that's just my "O". Lord knows It hurts though at times.  |

I am not talking about Marty, I am talking about us as fans. If you do not like their music are you still going to call yourself a "gun whatchamaclit" or whatever just because he is the singer?? I am not going to name myself something or declare myself a groupie before I even get a chance to listen to the music...just sayin'.....................

Hammered, we appreciate your view on this. This was only for the purpose of having some fun. We are not going to make an "official" name for ourselves to promote anywhere, it was just something to have in this forum.

well sheez, hammered (now known as southside) you didn't have to delete your account. I don't think we were taking this seriously at all...you were. That was our whole point... This thread was all in fun. But since you "don't come on here any more" I don't suppose you will ever see this anyway.

I took it as naming us as a fans/friends. Blindly following Marty? Nah, blindly hanging out with some fun people listening to some good music. We also aren't blind - we do have experience listening to MC - with a band or without. Just thinking positively.

I'm on the Marty trail... so I'm still thinking 'Marty's Posse' makes the most sense. SInce he's trailblazing and it's a bit of an unknown in terms of how he fits with L.A. Guns, my interest is in following and supporting him in his new gig. Does that make sense?

yeah I like Gunslingers and the Marty Posse too but I posed them to him in an email .And Loaded Guns is what he came up with. so I guess now we have to wait and see what they come up with on this tour?? The waiting is killing me..  |
