Hi Donna--you got some company after all!  It was fun hanging out and talking with you. So glad we didnt' get clobbered in the head with a soccer ball!  OK, here's my review..... There were probably several hundred people who stayed for the show. There seemed to be a video crew filming it. Very interesting. The bass and drums were on the venue's subwoofer system, and they were off the scale! Not only could I hear every note that Dino was playing, and every time Bobby hit the bass drum, I could FEEL it throughout my body. Whoa!!! Bobby was ON FIRE tonight! I don't think I've ever seen him attack the drums that much before. It also seems to have been my night to take some excellent pics of Bobby. The tickets said "no cameras", but I was able to hide mine real well.  Once I saw everyone around me taking pics with no one stopping them, I brought mine out and got going. Marty kept his sunglasses on for the whole show, probably because the venue had intense white light pouring down on the stage. That must have been painful to have shining in his eyes. I have to finish the pics I took at the E-coustic show before I do these pics. The paying customers get first priority, but then I'll work on these. We got Bobby's set list at the end of the night. It looks like Marty's writing, and the back side of it is a poster for this show. I'll scan both sides when we get home (we're at a hotel tonight). Here's what it says: This Town Tunnel Call of Distress The Riddle Better Off (Walk Away) Eyes Can't See Disconnected Hold On Guns Ultrasound--Short Straight As An Arrow Trees Ring of Fire There was no meet and greet afterward. The venue was eager to clear people out and lock the place up. I hope the guys know we really appreciate another kickin' show. Thanks, Lovehammers!  We'll show ya the love in March! |

 Nancy, Thank you soooo much for the quick and in depth review!!  Absolutely love it!! I've tried twice to post my review here. It seems like it appears, then disappears. I think this hotel's system is messed up.
Anyway, I posted it at LH.com, and if it still isn't showing up here, maybe someone could bring it over here for me.

Nancy, you pretty much hit the nail on the head with your review! I'm glad I got to meet you! It was a fun show, and you are right about Bobby! He was going nuts back there! I loved it!
I was so glad I decided to make the trip and bring my daughter along. She told me on the way home that given the choice to see Miley Cyrus or Marty again, she'd choose Marty. Am I raising her right, or what? She loves Dino too...something tells me the teen years are going to be interesting.
I have a few pics, not great, but I'll get them uploaded and posted asap.
