Ya know whats funny? Since posting on this site like crazy i think i may have lost weight. It seems eating is no longer a priority. Helping the Lovehammers and Marty out is though! haha.

I have lost 6 kilos the last few weeks.....food - bah!! There is no time for food...after all, we have got better things to consume - like MMMMMMMMMMMMarty!!!!

Gotta write into Womens Day and tell them to forget the stories about the cabbage soup diet, the zone......just get yourself into MMMMMMMMarty and just watch the kilos fall off!!!!

Seriously though.....just trying to shed those extra kilos over winter and what better way to do it than being here - what a great distraction to food!!!

OK, reply from Johnny today asking me to call him. THUD. Picked myself up and dialled him at Sony. He gave me quite a few tips to help out. The most important one is that we shouldn't mess with the record company's strategy of distributing the CD to radio stations etc because it will lose it's impact. Actually his words were 'you can really f*** up the song if you do that!' We have to wait for Epic . The other bad news is that he cannot see the album on their schedule AT ALL - bummer! Said he would keep his eye on it for us.
His advice was to keep bombarding Epic and complain that the site is wrong or doesn't link to anything. We have to keep on them until they realise it needs to be released here soon.

SO CALLING ALL AUSGALS, HONORARY AUSSIES, AUSGUESTS, AUSGUYS, AUSLURKERS - EVERYONE!!! PLEASE EMAIL EPIC AND CONVINCE THEM THAT LOVEHAMMERS ARE WANTED IN AUSTRALIA - EMAIL THEM LOTS!!!

Hi Dani and ASTers,

I've lost 15 lbs since September when I started on the boards. Is that 7 kilos(ish)? If your hands are busy typing posts, they are not in the refrigerator. My co-worker said that her husband was starting a diet this weekend and needed to lose 100lbs. I told her she should have him help us write all of these emails to all of the radio stations and press and he would shed the weight in no time.

OMG....I almost forgot to tell you. My passport finally came in the mail today....not that I will need it anytime soon...I sent it off for renewal in the mail over a month ago. Plus I also got the Lovehammers shirt I ordered. I am all ready for the OZ tour now.

Is it me, or is it a HUGE sign that I was meant to come to OZ to see the LH when yesterday my renewed passport arrived in the mail on the same day as my Lovehammers T-shirt order?

Since things are really quiet this weekend on the aussie threads it will be a good time to work on the emails to Indy and over the pond. I'd better get crackin' so I don't get too far behind. I'm sure next week the ASTers will be posting more places to bombard.

Ing, great that Johnny got back to you so quickly and yes, his advice is gold. It's good to check our enthusiasm lest we go overboard and spoil Epic's marketing efforts.

What I'll do is still go ahead with the press kit but state clearly that I'm writing from the perspective of a fan (no need to state that I'm deranged ;D) and give them the link to trees that Denise provided. Maybe I'll print out the e-mail from the LH that they sent to everyone on their mailing list.

I'll also e-mail Epic/Sony to try and see if they are planning to send CDs for review to Singapore and Oz journos.

So many media links, so little time...
