There was an update of Marty in the music and movies part of the Courier mail on Friday ( I think it was friday, could of been thursday though). Little picture of him as well. I saw him and screamed... That's fantastic  Can't wait to see it either. Thanks ASTers for helping out with the US TV shows  ASTeamers have a huge reason why we want to help get the Lovehammers on U.S. TV shows. The faster that we can get the Lovehammers famous in the U.S., the faster Epic may release their music over in the Aussieasiapacific region...and of course the sooner they will have their own tour in the region. According to this site it came out March 13, but I thought it still hasn't been released outside North America? tinyurl.com/reckbHave just emailed Radioscope to ask them about it, was news to me, if it has happened we need to get our Kiwi butts into gear and heavy up the street teaming! I have since found out that there are 3 online music shops in NZ (all from actual retail shops) that have Marty Casey and Lovehammers as released and available (not as being sourced from the US, actually being in NZ!). This is very exciting and interesting stuff, next mission is to ask the actual music store staff if the cd's are in-store or just available by ordering. Cheers Kiwigirl |

Can now confirm that the cd is definitely in stores in NZ! I checked out two stores very quickly this morning, ECM had the cds on the wall but only have about 3 or 4 out and Sounds hadn't put their copies out yet which gave me a chance to plug it to the guy when I asked if he had it, he said he would listen to it (hopefully he wasn't just trying to humour me).
Still haven't heard it on the radio, listening as much as I can, if there is any chance for requests you can guess what I'll be requesting!

I bought MCLH from a Sounds CD store this arvo! They only had one. When I asked if they would be getting any more he said "yeah...if this one sells"...so I bought it... You can vote for Trees at www.therock.net.nz, register and then go to the Music menu, select Rock 30 and vote for trees...if its not on the list...just fill it in in the space provided. We have to get Trees played more often so that the cds sell. The further up the list they go the more airplay Lovehammers will get. The more sales they make the sooner they will be out here. Marty sent me a message on myspace this morning. He is blown away that Trees is playing here...and I am blown away that he sent me a message about it!...okay...sitting blinking...still buzzing...lets get voting girls! kisses p xx |

I made some calls today and there's no sign of the CD on the "to be released" list for Oz.  I was even asked how do you spell that? I'm like  dir, M A R T Y ... so frustrating! I'll keep myself busy by requesting and voting at NZ sites. Please keep us updated P and Kiwigirl love ing |
