The CD was supposed to come with a signed 8x10 pic but mine arrived today without the pic!  Just curious to know if anyone else encounters the same problem before I contact FYE. I plan to give the CD to a friend I'm converting so that's no problem...but I wanted the pic for obvious reasons and it was part of the deal. Let me know... |

Hi bren,
There was a note on the website saying that the 8x10 will ship separately in 2-3 weeks. This is just from my memory. I'll go over and check, but basically don't worry!

Yeah bren i read the same thing. it also said while quanties last, cause i remember thinking well then i guess the only way you would know if you were going to get one or not was when it comes...or not. I saw that they still have the offer up on the site. Thank goodness, because I was telling everyone to order there last night to get an autograph.

I am still waiting for the pic too. I ordered the cd on Feb 1 so we are getting pretty close to the 3-4 week range they stated. Hopefully they follow through on the pic. I ordered the cd (my 3rd copy plus an i-tune download) just to get the autograph for my sister who watched my kids so I oould go to Highland with my hubby. When I came home with all my signed stuff, she asked 'Where's mine?" I felt so bad... but I guess not bad enough to give her my signed t-shirt or cd  |

To anyone waiting for their pic:
I finally sent an e-mail to FYE today regarding my missing pic. I received an response that another pic would be sent as soon as possible.
So, if you are still waiting for yours - you might want to go on-line and send an inquiry.
Hopefully I get mine soon. Good luck to all of you waiting for yours.

I ordered mine on Jan 27th and still don't have the pic. I emailed and got the same response that another would be sent out soon.

Thank you for following up on this 4reeds. I took your advice and emailed them. I actually ordered 2 CD's in 2 separate orders. We'll see what happens.

well I ordered the cd a few days ago... it still read while supplies last. I sent them email asking what their inventory was and what were my chances to get a photo. They couldn't tell me. Said they did not keep track of their inventory numbers?!?!?! What???
Guess I just have to keep my fingers crossed.

I received an email from FYE about the autographed picture and this is what they said:
Thank you for your email. Needless to say we were very sorry to learn that you
did not receive your promotional 8 x 10 autographed picture of the band.
This will be forwarded to you as soon as possible, and we apologize for the
delay and inconvenience you encountered.
